You know what sucks?
Well, the title is really self-explanatory; but ah, it's a tad annoying. It's like, you've got all these memories rushing through your head, all about people who live a thousand miles away, nowhere near you. And you get that, "I miss you" feeling when you think about it, but you can't do anything about it. The best you can hope for, is for their return, or maybe even a visit. But you can't abandon that void. It'll always be there, or maybe just until you're not close anymore, it simply varies.
I wish we could all live in a small world. Where as, nobody can really travel too far. Always close, always there. I hate nostalgia. Ah, I just wish everything could go my way sometimes, you know? We can't always get what we want, yada yadaaaa, I get it, but it's just irritating. I miss some people, and they're just too far away. Not even an everyday conversation can make up for our memories. It's just sad, that's all.
I wish we could ALWAYS get what we want.
I wanna yell at the top of the Empire State Building, and say, "I'm finally here."
It's kinda my dream, along with a good friend of mine :')

Perfection
How would you describe perfection?
I think most of us are obsessed with the idea of being perfect. Hence, we have all those fancy surgeries, hair coloring, and all that. If humanity was so satisfied, all this would've never existed. The funny thing is, we, ourselves, think celebrities are perfect. When really, they complain more about their looks than we do. They try to be, of course. But they're not. Nobody is.
No matter how hard we try to be perfect, we won't be. As they say, "Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder." Which is seriously true, because, your parents, for example, would see you as perfect. But the somewhat unfortunate other part of the world, would simply judge you on your looks. Ah, your nose is too big. Ew, I hate your haircut.
I mean, SERIOUSLY? What's up with people and judging? If you wanna judge someone on their looks, go ahead, but keep quiet. It's hurtful and uncalled for.
As corny as it sounds, everyone's 'beautiful'. Beautiful can mean so many things all at once. It can simply mean your features, or you can have a beautiful personality. All nice and infrared; you could be. Try to tune out the heartless part of the world, just remember, nice people still exist. A small part of us still dream of world perfection. We all know, that's not gonna happen and it's just impossible as walking on the sun is. But dreaming won't hurt.
The whole point of this blog is, to simply advise you to be yourself. As hard as it may be, don't listen to what people say.

It's Good Enough :')
They say life doesn't always turn out the way you want it to. We all know how true that is, at the end of the day, all we do is work hard and try to succeed, and it doesn't always work. There's a lot of competition out there. Whether you compare it with history so far, all the records that have been broken, or politics, or maybe even school. Sometimes, no matter how hard we work, or study, it's still not good enough; well, that's what we think. One thing we should consider, is that, we shouldn't beat ourselves up over what happened. "Don't cry over spilled milk" They say.
I seriously couldn't agree with that more, I mean, as human beings, we tend to make mistakes, and sometimes, maybe even silly ones. It frustrates us, also taunts us, but we have to get over it, and work harder next time. You can't be perfect, but you can be awesome. Aim for awesomeness! You think all those presidents and millionaires grew up in mansions? I think not. Some of them came from horrid childhoods and rural environments. And look where they are now. God Bless, they simply worked hard! :')
So, try to aim for a better life, and work to your potential, don't simply give up after a bad grade, or getting yelled at by your boss and such. Prove them wrong, show them that you can do better! I'm seriously sure you can.
One thing, I think, most of us lack, is confidence after it's been shattered. It's so odd how one insult can haunt us for a week, how it hangs over our head, almost like a cloud of rain. But really, we should simply brush it off, and think of the GOOD compliments we've gotten. Whether it was last year, or the year before that, it still matters because someone actually meant to compliment you! :')

Mundane Thoughts; Dreams
You know what sucks? When you're just about to grab your dream or something you've been longing for, BUT there's that one thing or that one person who's standing right in between, mischievously smiling, He knows he's your barrier.
I find it terribly aggravating. It's like, looking through a crystal clear window, where you can see it right there! All clear. But it's glass, you can't get through. You're outrageously furious. Your eyes only lie on your goal. Simply glaring it down with all your might. You can't do anything, not until you break down that glass window.
I'm sorry to say, that's not always possible.
No matter how strong you think you are, or no matter how strong that hammer is. It might not work. Not unless you've been preparing for such a horrid battle. A sturdy window VS a mundane.
I'd say that 85% of people aiming for something, talk about it, but don't pursue it. Endlessly day dreaming, thinking of different ways of getting it, but just not determined enough to get out there and try to grasp it. If you feel your hand's not strong enough, strengthen it! Get out there and get it! And if you're too young for that, like myself, then think of practical strategies of getting it in the near future. :')
